As i got older, the things on the bad list started bothering me. First, in my 40s, i became lactose intolerant. I started having more problems with gluten. Then in my 50s fats started messing up my bowels...ice cream, ground beef, and cashews.

A- here, my stomac strictly refuses any soy milk, it reacts with lots of acidity and itchiness... And same allergic reaction with bananas, my intestines create lot of gaz with raw bananas...

One things I would say you can now check true basics multivitamins they have improvesided their composition and I am taking it since one year and it's results are quite good I can say I have started seeing some amazing results after one month of use so true basics can be a good option as in 2024.

It is simpler and better for us to avoid CARBS, PROCESSED FOODS and SUGAR & STARCH SOURCES which includes FRUITS and VEGETABLES. Going Carnivore diet and eating strictly animal proteins beef & lamb reverses Diabetes 2, and alleviates inflammation which reduces arthritis and fibromyalgia. This list in this video is rubbish.
