If we keep focus on God's word this strengthens us, our shield over time gets stronger and fortified, The shield makes blocking temptation easier, I think to a point where we laugh at the temptation as it comes.

All humans go straight to hell if the Holy Bible wasn't inspired of ALMIGHTY FATHER GOD. Therefore, the resurrection of our LORD JESUS CHRIST is the ultimate work done by GOD HIMSELF to lay the salvation for us from our sins Now, we have two options to choose (eternal suffering because of separation from GOD or accept the LORD JESUS CHRIST as our savior and redeemer) to spend our eternal life in.

Bless you 🙏 what's your take on, I guess some would call "the boring chapters" of the Bible? I guess boring isn't the word, but more like it's harder to digest and absorb parts of it. I find myself reading and spacing out and trying to go back and absorb the word , but it would take forever.

Marie, I agree on almost everything You say and I'm a believer too...but that title...! It's misleading: people nowadays are superficial, they don't check: they just read the title and scroll... So You're mistaken for a non-believer, and they take that as another validation of their atheism or agnosticism. That's not good.🙁

I was reading in Ecclesiastes this morning and it speaks so much on Toiling Under the sun. This is something the Lord has laid heavy on my heart in the past few months. This empty working. Working for worldly things, worldly gain. It’s all meaningless. All that matters is our work for the Kingdom! What an amazing revelation when we get to that point in our minds as Christians. Than it no longer feels so heavy. The world is heavy but we find purpose in what God is calling us to. ❤

I didn’t love it, it didn’t fulfill me, I would rather volunteer at Church, work wherever God leads me, rather than grow weary chasing money. I value the peace in the simplicity of knowing that God alone is the One who provides. What a refreshing revelation, indeed - trusting that God provides the basics of life is all we need for true joy & let us proclaim the Good News & serve for His Kingdom’s gain.
