Best way to clean carpets in my opinion. Most cost effective as well. I think I spent 800.00 for all my equipment and chemicals. It’s a great way to out compete with traditional cleaning companies if you know what you’re doing. I can charge a little less and still get the same results as HWE. It’s really all in the chemistry. If you know the ph scale and your products then you will be successful.

I have owned several of these, BUT within a year of use, will drip out the nozzle without squeezing the trigger. They put cheap o rings in them.

Yes the Ninja 200 has a pressure regulator. You might want to hire a repair technician if it's stuck.

Mr. What machine do I need to wash carpets in the hallways of an apartment building? The problem is that the hallways cannot be closed because residents have to pass through. Therefore the carpet has to be almost dry and the work has to be done during the day. thank you
