Baarokalloohu Feek Akheee..... Istidlaal is the process of using Daleel(Evidence). So an act or manner with which Evidences are used is called Istidlaal... And Allaah knows best..

The dr was corrected for a public mistake he made which is criticizing the government on the mimbar and mentioning their faults publicly which is against the manhaj of the Salaf but you're now justifying that action with the speech of the same dr where he's speaking against protesting. How does his speech justifies his error or is mentioning the faults of the ruler and criticizing them permissible? Allahul musta'an
