I highly suggest using a hydration calculator to see how much you should drink, because we are all different. I’m 5’9 227 lbs and I only need 80-90 oz a day. Over-hydrating is a real thing! You prob don’t need that much

It's such a great commitment! And after a juice cleanse sounds like such a great idea!!! I'm on day 11 and I should've done this a long time ago lol! I'm finally finishing a book I purchased over the summer, I've lost 1/2 an inch in my tummy, and feel good even in my luteal phase 😊.
