i had the same issue with my workouts in the beginning, so what I started doing was low intensity pilates workouts with some resistance (10-15 min ones). I also started walking more, or finding any excuse to build up my momentum. now, I can use the treadmill for 30 min or even an hour no problem. i would also advise people to learn some physical activity they have always been interested in learning, like a hand stand, a push up, etc and do 1 month challenge to see how far you come along. finding different ways of working out is a better option than stressing yourself or pushing yourself over something you may not like or enjoy, which is what it seems like as it is making you feel overwhelmed and disrupts your hormones. i suggest trying something new for a change that you haven't done before or something new you want to learn to get into the workout feels. eventually, your body will crave it once it becomes a habit, but it may just be a sign for you to try something else in the meantime :)

Hey Meg, I saw this vlog after your latest vlog. I guess when this one came out, I was out of town and that's why I said on the latest vlog , glad to see you😂, but was glad to hear mom on this one. You know I think I'm older than her, I'm 62, but I love y'all relationship. I don't have kids, but considered my neice and nephew as my lil munchkins, which they are in their 30's now, but I just love y'all closeness. I was very close to my mom, but my parents are deceased now. I understand how you feel about your job, I feel the same way about mine and looking for a transfer or new opportunity at this age. So just know, you are not alone and it's hard adulting, even at my age, but I just press forward and keep my faith n hope in Jesus! You made me sad being so hard on yourself, just pace yourself, 10 mins is better than 0 , so next time add 5 more mins, because we know you can walk and for a long period of time. Just don't beat yourself up. We all fall off the wagon at times. I was walking the other day and had to shorten my route, and it took me longer because I hadn't worked out in weeks. So give yourself some slack.❤

Great video!! Yeah, exercise is challenging esp working FT and the commute. I myself need to get on my stationary bike more, but honestly, I'd rather just go outside work in my yard or play ball with my dog bc the fresh air I think motivates me more to move❤️😊 Great pasta dish!!

Meagan, full time office work has that effect on your fitness levels, so dont be sad. I'm now working 9-3pm for this exact reason. I have to be more frugal with money, but I needed the freedom to move my body and create a work/life balance. 💚
