Thanks mate for the video. I bought the navigation and connected it to the same connector as you. Thanks for detailed video and instructions, otherwise I wouldn't do it 👍 All best from Germany

They come with the Yamaha Connectors. Linked in the description mate. The ebay advert linked shows them red, however come in yellow.
Are you working inside a library? Why are you whispering? lol jk. I'm curious, wouldn't it be easier to connect it directly to the battery? Or would that end up draining the battery over time?

Hahaha my neighbours where in the back garden. Didn't want them thinking I was talking to myself. It would be easier connecting straight to the battery. You would have to buy the extra wiring kit that is linked in the description. But like you said it will end up draining the battery over time.

@@bikermike4534 Haha I'm the same way. I live in an apartment and I don't like knowing that my neighbors can hear me. Okay, I totally missed the part where you mentioned that it would drain the battery. Thanks for sharing. I'm a little intimidated when it comes to wiring but this seems pretty simple.

Ye its simple mate. The only wire you really mess with is. Crimping the metal part onto the USB wire. The rest is just plugs. You can actually buy a usb port with the yamaha plugs already on, so all you will have to do. Is plug straight into the bike. The only problem is. Its different shape. Making it harder to install where I locate it on the tank plastic. You would have to stick it somewhere or cable tie it. Plus its more expensive.
