I read another comment saying Laharl stole his game's final boss theme and used it as his own, but if you think about how Lamington is really just accepting a beating and mostly pretending to fight back while Laharl was in full rage mode, you could say this was always Laharl's boss theme

Disgaea 1 and 2 where seen as ''ugly games'' but they were so far ahead it took me untill 2014 to actually see them as goofy fun masterpieces with great writing and DUB voices. Not cringe at all, so far ahead they knew exactly how to voice them all.

I'am new to Disgaea and i want to play the series for a bit of reasons 1 it's similar to Sega Puyo Puyo 2 it's affiliated with Compile, that made Puyo Puyo (that's weird) 3 it seems stupid but a little edgy at the same time, just like myself 4 i f*cking love Laharl (and Prinnys)
