I still really like UP, the score, the characters, and it’s beautiful and meaningful message, really makes it better and better every time, I rewatch this film!

Out of all the movies I would watch from ridley scott It's definitely the kingdom of heaven And I think that's the best he's ever done And as a Christian myself is the only one that I don't get offended by the movie is about a man.That's trying to find Faith and The? Movie asks Some very important questions about faith. And I really do like Orlando Bloom as the main character. And I really do admire the direction. They were taking with that, but anything else from him? I don't care to watch and sbecause he makes a lot of movies that are very inaccurate. The one movie I refuse to watch from him. Is Exodus gods and kings? Which is an absolute piss, poor retailing of the story of Moses from the Bible. My recommendation go watch the Prince of Egypt is a far better adaptation of Exodus..
@KircherTalksEntertainment3 күн бұрын
I would love to watch the director’s cut of Kingdom of Heaven sometime. And yes, I have seen The Prince of Egypt - it has gotten a review on the channel too!
@joshmangamer2553 күн бұрын
@KircherTalksEntertainment The one Ridley Scott movie.I will not recommend it's exodus god's and kings And the reason why is that they did a terrible job.At retelling the story of moses And the fact that it is extremely inaccurate to the story of Exodus. And there are a lot of christians who got very frustrated with the movie So if you're gonna watch a really good interpretation of Moses.Or a more faithful retelling of The exodus story go and watch the prince of egypt or the ten commandments Those two are proper examples on how to do a Exodus story the right way.

This is my worst nightmare, being locked inside my home with my attacker. No neighbors are home, and no one can hear my screams no matter how loud. The phone is disabled but my attacker is not. He jumps out of the shadows and grabs my ankle!

Probably why this film has stuck around in the cultural zeitgeist for so long! It’s a very relatable fear for sure!

Half disagree. Tetris 99 with dlc is awesome but I personally hated tetris effect. It was too flashy, a light show with generic techno about unity and crap and tetris was in there. I see what you're saying about it relaxing you before bed but really I've gotten that from my gameboy for thirty years or so. The game itself has positive effects on the brain including reducing stress or trauma, improves motor skills, etc. Tetris effect also has hard drop which enables, thus, encourages fast play, fast play stimulates and gets you excited making it harder to fall asleep. I'd argue instead that tetris 99 and nes/gameboy tetris are the only two versions you need because they cover both modern and classic tetris. Hard drop is really the deciding factor here as it is what has most changed the game by enabling your brain to enter flow state and stretch your fundamentals as far as possible, fundamentals that improve by playing classic tetris where you aren't given the option to hold and there's no bag system to save you from droughts. Hardware can be a problem for people, I play on a modretro chromatic and my old gb cart. Nintendo online has nes tetris. There's emulation if nothing else. For people who don't play tetris though I would recommend tetris ds to draw them in with nes sprites, or indeed, tetris effect because maybe they would give that a shot if they don't despise it like I do.

@KircherTalksEntertainment Wish I could share this gameboy tetris rom hack with you. I patched it with rosy retrospection dx and a hard drop, it's so good. This and the original mean all I need is a gameboy.

The Scottsdale drive in was great. We went there a lot during the summer after playing at Big Surf across the street. Sad that they’re both gone now. An honorable mention is Harking Scottsdale 101 14. It was the first Cine-Capri location they opened after the original was demolished. They opened a few others at places like Tempe Market Place but they’ve all been renovated to CineXL. Those are still great theaters because they used to be Cine-Capri, but the one in Scottsdale is designed to look like the original from the outside and inside the auditorium. It’s a great place to see movies.

It’s a dang shame that both are gone. I still need to check out that original Cine-Capri though! Perhaps when something truly special comes along in theaters.

I really appreciate your take on the movie! I am also a member of the church, and Heretic was on my mind of movies to watch. I tend to be cautious, though, because representations of the church in media are usually grossly inaccurate. Ultimately, I won’t watch the movie because I’m not into horror, but thank you for your review! I’m glad to know that it is, at least a little, more accurate in its representation of some aspects of the church.

@kd866318 күн бұрын
I enjoyed it, but I just agree with your assessment. It doesn’t really have anything to say. There’s a lot of fertile ground in horror with the subject of belief and belief being challenged, especially when we correlate belief with identity. Maybe the point was that when atheists and religious people argue they only become more entrenched in their beliefs, rather than challenged in them, but I don’t know if I’d go so far as to give it that credit. These characters don’t really change by the end, which is why I think it feels unsatisfying.
@KircherTalksEntertainment18 күн бұрын
That pretty well sums up how I feel about this movie overall.
@samswenson88318 күн бұрын
Doesn’t have anything to say? It’s a reflection of religion itself. Bald faced Control being the horrifying man behind the mirror. The shallowness of it is the horror as it rips the mask off of religion to reveal a base human desire.

As of the weekend of Thanksgiving, Hundreds of Beavers will be back for a limited rerelease soon, and it's currently available on Prime Video with a subscription and FREE on KZbin. They should seruously make people pay to see this on YT because they absolutely deserve it, but if you don't want to try to make the rerelease in theaters (wherever it may be), you owe it to yourself to see one of the best comedies in years.

ElectricDragon505 would never have a right to dislike this as a Disney shill (I mean, then again, he was the same guy that told us that it was our loss that we didn’t want to see Missing Link. And a top comment tells him that it was his loss that he didn’t Mr choose to see Klaus… or see it so he could hate on it as the same guy who defended Cuties of all films, but I digress. I mean, I’m one of the few people who saw it just to stick with most of LAIKA’s other films like Coraline, Paranorman and Kubo and the Two Strings, as a stop-motion buff. Then again, Missing Link was the most expensive stop-motion film that also did the worst at the box office.).

I came here for a video about The Batman..... not your own political diatribe...... that's cheap click bate, and you know it...... go make a video about politics then, about you and your wife's personal views...... this was cheap, and wont watch another of your videos...... if you can't be straight about what kinda of video you're making..... that's on you..... should be called The Batman and my views on the current election..... then I could've made a better choice if I want to watch it...... cheap mate, a cheap trick!, and I'm not a Trump or anyone else supporter, Im up for listening to someone as long as I'm not being tricked into watching something under false pretenses because of you and your wife's politics...... don't want to mean, but also don't appreciate the underhandedness that came across

Just like The Joker, The Batman is NOT a good movie. Fell asleep multple times trying to watch the movie before finally succeeding after breaking it down into three days because it was that dull of a movie. The best element of the movie was the Penguin, not Batman trying to figure out the next riddle from the madman with the twitter followers or Catwoman and her troubled with the mob. The actors for the roles were dull, lifeless and had no chemistry but as for the overall look of the film, that part was great. The rest of it not so much but to each their own.
@commanderkeen2078Ай бұрын
That speaks more to your attention span than the quality of the film. Internet has fried your brain.
@KircherTalksEntertainmentАй бұрын
I think the last thing I would call this movie is dull and lifeless. I’ve been enthralled by it all four times I’ve watched it, with me actually gaining greater appreciation for it each time. But hey, like you said, to each their own. I fully accept that the tone and pacing don’t quite work for some people. One of my closest friends dislikes this movie and we amicably accept each other’s takes on it.
@The_ZilliАй бұрын
@@KircherTalksEntertainment eh, it had nothing to do with the tone and pacing. It's just a bad movie but if you enjoy it, then that's all that matters. Cheers.

I felt like Wallace's treatment towards Gromit in A Matter of Loaf and Death felt very out of place for Wallace. He redecorated Gromit's room without his OK, he put a muzzle over his mouth and made him do the dishes as a punishemn for a false assault accusation because he was an absolute simp, and then proceeds to just act like none of that happened, and NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR ANY OF IT
