Hi, what manual timing chain tensioner are you using? Can't find one for my xt350, ad the 10$ ones on ebay seems a bit too cheaply made

i got these pipes at Danmoto.com. they are for the 99-07 GSXR1300R Hayabusa. I also bought the baffles from them and I didn't jet the carbs and the bike runs great,No popping or Back fireing, I had to buy muffler adapters at my local auto parts store (5$ each) to connect them to the GL1000 headers. Here's a link below. www.dan-moto.com/DM_US/gsx-r-1300-hayabusa-1999-2007-carbon-gp-product-72.html?zenid=dd4cf93155852a0383699ca7053ef2cf

Iron Spartan, What brand/kind of pipes are you running? Did you have to re-jet the carbs? If you did, what size jets did you use? I am working on a 79' Gl1000 project bike and want to change the exhaust. Your bike sounds great!!

Hey there! Bike is looking great! Sounds pretty good, running fresh. I've got the same year binge, 87'. I was hoping maybe you could give me a hand with an issue I'm having... The bike didn't run for about eight years and was given to me. I went over it and cleaned the carbs, all fluids, battery cleaned the tank and so forth. I've got good spark but I'm not getting any fuel into the cylinder... I'm not sure if I should clean the carbs again our adjust them.... Which I do not knows how to adjust carbs in this bike..... Thank you!!!! [email protected]

u know in every single thread where there is a greek involved for some innate reason.. greeks r squabbling over something and defending something, saying someone always wants to be like them, they r the best, champions, heroes, etc let me tell u something the person who doesnt feel the need to defend because they r quite content in themselves is the person who usually has the upper hand no one is attacking greeks in this thread i just read all of them.. its amazing.. u guys needs to relax =)

@cableconnection6 so, you've only experienced greeks, turks and italians, in a foreign country. You do realise that even 1 generation after, immigrants aren't the same with the home-country. bouzouki is turkish-eastern oriented, some foods we have are influenced from turks (you're probably thinking of ntolmades etc) and from italians. The italians who come to greece and the maltese people, they are very very similar to the locals and always get along nicely. I know this cause i'm in greece.

Byzantine Empire lasted for 1000 years and the turks are influenced by Greeks! As far as DNA is concerned the southern part of Italy is mostly Greek and one of the first Greeks who went there was Plato and other enlightened Greeks! Educate yourself!

@BansheeVanRaven Only sicilians are similar to greeks when it comes to traditional bazooki music, which by the way is a direct influence from Turkey. When it comes to food and music, greeks are exactly like the turks and nothing like the non-sicilian-italians. I know this because, I grew up in Toronto. Where the greeks live in the eastern part of the city. The italians, portuguese, spanish and other Romance-Language communities live in the western part of Toronto.

Bullshit! Learn history weirdo! Byzantine Empire lasted for more than 1000 years so the so called turks are influenced by Byzantine Empire in the first place! Also, the southern part of Italy is mostly Greek and one if the first Greeks who went there was Plato and many other enlightened Greeks who influenced them a lot! Just educate yourself if you are alive after 10 years!

@lvdsm67 don't know about the greeks, but most italians are fat because, they eat too much pasta and other carbs.
