Hi. You should do it before second touch of course. First is diagonal double touch, wait for the beginning of an animation, then press shot, wait for the beginning of animation. Then cancel it. I actually do super cancel too early. Better to cancel the shot animation slightly later.

i used to wonder if there was a bigger difference then 1% improvement between 89 finishing 90 finishing stat. the assumption was the change of color of that stat from "green" to "cyan" which are referred by the game as "good" and "very good" in case of player live forms. And since there are 4 Colors , the theory asumed that there was 4 levels efficiency. Back in the day , i also made a similar test although not quite eloborate as this one but with stamina. Both pedris (89 stamina against 90 stamina) were able to lap the same until their staminas turned red. I would just call the theory "bust" as i was expecting a 25% difference between 89 stamina and 90... Then it begged the question , what if stamina level was a multiplier of each individiual stat ... so your striker with 90 finishing would have good accuracy as long as he had 100% stamina, would then just become 89 as his stamina level would decrease to 99% within the first minute of the match. So having a 95 finishing would have him a very good striker until his stamina decreased 6.32% , which would result in his 95 finishing skill to 89 (colored as green)

since you have tools to edit player stats and have separate versions of the same player, and the training area having a fixed stamina level, you can make a similar test like this , one with 90 finishing and other with 89 finishing and see if there is a change more than just 1%.

You are genius. I believe each player has his own threshold. It also depends on various of stats like: kicking power, curl , ball control etc. Not to mention player’s body model may affect the shooting as well. But we can relatively say 90 is a good number for finishing 😊 I hate Konami for hiding everything in this game. The stats and skills are poorly explained and sometimes it feels like a scam. I believe you can make thousands of video like this for different players and stats. Your channel will get famous soon.

there is 1 thing to consider which is stamina where it will decrease you stats through out the game. Agreed that 90 is a good number, but the extras will recompensate the stamina penalty.

@@ducnguyen4973 by hiding the keystats in game and providing us lots of doubts I might say this is what makes this game so nice to play; technically each player has to find his own way of building cards and styles, which makes you very unique; if you look the whole picture, we both may have the very same team with the very same positionsm but they're gonna act differently on the pitch due to slight differences between you and me

yes, It's Romario's unique animation. At least I've never seen other players doing this skill. It works without ball roll skills.

there was a version where no matter what attacking player u had more finishing than 88 would make no difference now they changed that and every player has its own threshold where he easily scores for some thata 92 for other could be 84 like i have with iniesta so its a bit weird now u have to find for each player his correct finishing

Agree, Konami is never consistent about player stats. So comparing players by stats makes no sense. It’s a kind of scamming for me. They sell the cards with high price and secretly changed the effectiveness of the cards.

@@ben_fade on top of that kicking power plays a role too for example i have del piero with 92 finishing and he scores goals but if i add a point in his kicking power he will start to overhit his shots so its a combo now finishing and kicking power

great video! i noticed finishing level not impacting much but still I thought there might be an effect when facing higher level keepers. since 95+ stats are common, if it's not too much could you also see if there is an impact in that scenario since you are thinking of making a follow up video. u earned a sub btw 👌, there's a lack of analytical content for efootball on yt

This is a brilliant test. I try to get finishing around 88 (85 manager boost) I have noticed a difference with 1 player though with his finishing 90 compared to 95 and that's the 'Son of God Messi' card. His kicking power is 103 and I've noticed that the 95 finishing is a lot more consistent at 95 compared to even 93 or 94, but obviously this change also affects his curling too.
