these laws are intentionally designed to entrap young man in fake cases as easily as possible. Everyone from media,police etc. is well aware of that... it's just that no one cares if a young man is getting his life ruined in india....the laws actually encourage it.

Horrible laws against men. Today's men are namard and totally ignorant about wo men's psychology and how manipulative mahilas are. I don't agree with the lawyer who says that laws should be tilted in favour of women on the excuse that women are oppressed. Women were never oppressed in the first place. How can an entire gender be regarded as oppressed? That's a false narrative peddled by vested interests in society to make men subjugated. Moreover, when laws are tilted in favour of one gender, just imagine how much power is given to that gender that they will start oppressing and suppressing the other gender. So the very logic that laws should be in favour of women on the pretext of they being oppression itself is causing oppression of the other gender, that is, men. So laws should never be unequal. That is unacceptable in a civilized society.
