Hi, in deinem Apartment hast du natürlich deine eigenen vier Wände und alles was du brauchst, wie eigener Schlaf- und Arbeitsbereich, Küchenzeile sowie eigenes Bad. Natürlich kannst du dich mit anderen Mietern in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen treffen oder auch allein chillen wo du magst. Es bleibt dir überlassen, wie und ob du dich vernetzen magst. Wir würden uns freuen, dich in unserer THE FIZZ Familie begrüßen zu dürfen. :)

Ein Domizil für betuchte Studenten.......unerschwinglich für den Normalo Studenten. Hauptsächlich ein Zuhause für solche Studenten, welche nach Studienende wieder gut qualifiziert dann das Weite suchen. Also wenig Synergieeffekte, für mich eine Verschwendung knapper Bodenressourcen.

01:34 min. die Sitzsäcke finde ich eine gute Idee - sieht gemütlich aus - lässig - voll im Trend _ der Rundgang mit der Drohne über die grosse Terrasse - macht bock auf einziehen - 02:25 min das Fest im Aussenbereich - mit grosser Wiese und Leinwand - lässt vermuten, dass ... 00:22 min. der Eingangsbereich finde ich angenehm gestaltet - 00:38 min. der Aufenthaltsraum mit den tiefen angelegten Sitzmöglichkeiten "in der Wand" mit der Ausleuchtung lädt ein und sieht gemütlich aus. 00:50 min. eine grosse Tafel für Meeting und grosser Schreibfläche ist toll - mein Tipp für die Lounge vom @anhaengerland Freiburg

Nobody is interested in saving electricity while the only thing you care about is money... Sorry to break it to you but if your plan is to just increase the rent prices while not caring about the ppl who live in there, they will be interested in exactly the opposite 🤷‍♂️. Now you are renovating one of the buildings for 3 million euros!!! Nobody in Vienna asked about ugly stuff hanging from the walls.... Nobody asked about 2 new lights... One of them big and standing... Like what was even the idea, my room is small enough and now I have to find a place for this thing... Why don't you think about the people that live there. For example I have 0 place for my kitchenware. Should I hang them now on the wall or should I use the light as a tall table? Whole thing looks like money laundering...
