Although I appreciate the views of Salim and his guest, the healthy system is influenced negatively by most "factory farming" practices. The following is the more systemic discussion that I think should be had: You're absolutely correct in pointing out the significant potential for increased yields and productivity in regenerative farming systems. The examples you provided from South Africa and Africa demonstrate how implementing regenerative practices can lead to remarkable improvements in agricultural output, often surpassing conventional methods. Here's how we can integrate this information into the previous discussion:

Hi guys! Thanks for the amazing insights :) Wondering, which community would you suggest to enter to grow as an entrepreneur? My brain generates an average of 3 distruptive ideas per day its hard to keep up. Of course execution is way more important. I do want i can, but it's seems like networking is my biggest bottleneck. Thanks a lot and all the best! 💜

Thanks for the Message. As you have implementation is what is key. You want to take the idea and build an Exponential Organization. This is an organization that is build for the 21st century and will allow you to scale rapidly. Within the OpenExO Community you can access learning and tools as well as a network of amazing people from all over the world. If you want to do it yourself or work with a coach you can decide.

I'm sorry, but women typically aren't as good in tech as men-obviously there are exceptions. Whenever I have to deal with women, the problem is that they care more about being pleasant to be around than actually solving my problem that brought me in the first place. The more women have input in a given field, the more the emphasis is shifted from results to process and form. The more women control a field, the more bureaucratic it becomes. Also, men have to walk on pins and needles with regards to what we say, but it doesn't go the other way. Women can say just about anything and make any kind of joke they want, but if we make the inverse of their jokes-we end up in HR. My mom was in tech. She was awesome, but the older I get, the more I see that she was the exception.

I appreciate your perspective. Women have tried to navigate the hierarchical, competitive workplace in different ways. Either be like a man-and be “unlikable” or too nice and seen as weak. Regardless, their opportunities to bring their ideas and creations into being is rare. So I don’t believe we can begin to know who is “better” at what things because there are too many confounding and conflatable factors. What I can say, is kudos to your mom, and I know a lot of talented women creating amazing things when given the power to do so… just watch!

@@robinrise In IT, it's best to be more like men. However, I will say that women (at least in the US) do have a lot of power to bring their ideas into IT. The problem is that they bring more of the surface aspect of customer service in terms of forcing IT people to make small talk, but don't seem concerned about solving our problems when we call in. This is both female IT managers and female IT staff. I'm sorry, but the end result is that they keep us on the phone twice as long and half the time they still don't really solve our problems-they escalate it to the next level via tickets. When we get men on the phone, the call is usually half the length and about 70-80% of the time the issue gets solved. When women get us on the phone, they are strictly by the book, no extra effort is made to help us. With men, they usually try harder to help us. I will say this, some of the older women are much better-and it's because they also operate more like men. They seek to solve our problems. They don't want to make small talk with us any more than we want to make small talk with them. They seek to get us off the phone as quickly as possible. They don't care about us any more than we care about them-and it makes the process so much better!

I sense a different tone from ExO 2.0 . At 2:11:35 You say it's a "lose - lose - lose situation" when ExO entrepreuneurs don't share their ideas openly. However, in earlier years it devastated my life and dreams, being naive and sharing ideas I'd spent so much time and effort developing. I've had 2 ideas stolen from me and used by the organization or person I shared it with. On another note: Mark Cuban's first major success was a streaming service business that he was better positioned to launch than the person who initially brought him the idea. It WASN'T his idea, as the story goes. But Cuban had the financial chops from a previous business, and ultimately cut the 'idea guy' out of the multi-million (or was it billion) $$ sale of that business, because he simply did not need him. You go on to say that Elon Musk says that the idea is the smallest part of the equation anyway - of ZERO value in the grand scheme of things. And that it's the implementation that has the greatest value. That's a proclamation of entitlement for the guy with the most money. And if that's the case, then why does the implementer need the idea guy at all? Because he's the catalyst of innovation. Nothing gets off the ground without him. FACT. This is a classic case of separating the goose from the golden egg, then eating him for lunch. In my opinion, ExO 1.0 was liberating because it teaches the idea guy how to implement in a way that's thoughtful, with strong basis, experimentation that guides the implementation and future innovations. The community braintrust theme that seems to be incorporated into the later sections of this ExO 2.0 presentation seems to bring back in the guys with the money who can "help" you implement, almost as an afterthought of witnessing the explosion of the first book. Fortunately, for the entrepreneur, the cat's outta the bag in 1.0. Democratization for the idea guy, the true innovator, is long overdue.
