When I do N. Maharaj’s “think back as far as you can” meditation, I get the following slight impression or ‘memory’ ‘resurfacing’… : Trust me, with the health issues I go through and such I can assure you this isn’t a strong belief, with knowing it could potentially just be pure delusion, or what N Maharaj referred to as ‘false memories’. But when I do the aforementioned meditation, it almost seems like I remember being this pointless point, or infinite sky-like orbless orb, this ethereal being beyond time and space but not necessarily separate from the experience thereof, I remember almost descending down from the sky into the Earth for a few seconds, down through a roof and into a home. And then this bastard toddler like ‘ensnares’ me into ‘his’ life, he’s like shit talking me basically telling me he’s captured me, and then I grow up and start thinking I’m that toddler growing as a human to the point where I am now as an adult. Again I recognize this could be purely delusional. I also sometimes get the impression that perhaps I was in fact in the womb, as if I have memories of this instead. But if the first thing I said is true then I really had no experience of womb or birth at all. Something with the mind or within me also feels like a gut feeling me telling me not to share this information with anyone, too. Can anyone relate? Does anyone else ever get this impression? Would I be off the mark in relation to spirituality or Advaita or what N Maharaj was saying etc.? Please do let me know. If it’s true it’s strange because I haven’t really had any sort of shift or realization at all. Nothing profound. Just this slight hunch that comes with its own doubt.
