From a carpenters view point, having seen recently how many of these travellers have wood rot. I would say it’s due a lot to people using varnish instead of a breathable finish.

I have an traxxas TRX 4 defender and one day I can't bind the controller to the car for no reason I ended upgrading controller and receiver and everything wonderful now

to get the side windows out, remove the waist capping, pull windows out from the bottom,you will destroy felt channels in any case.

Easy to scarf sections of wood in and clamp with glue joint and dowels

The wood is structural,new wood would be preferable.

That Morris really shows how far cars have come. Reminds me of riding in old buses 20 years ago. All the mechanical noises, rattles and wind noise that just isn't there anymore. 3:54 F355, 4:15 Huracan, 4:55 DB6, 10:45 & 11:20 yes NSX, 12:20 McLaren 600LT.
