You’ll notice that most OG rappers from Toronto either have their videos posted in poor quality (often uploaded by fans who ripped them from VHS tape) or they’re just nowhere to be found online. I think the reason is that back then, the biggest (and often only) outlet for them was MuchMusic. KZbin wasn’t a thing yet, and since most of them(OG rappers) are no longer active, they just didn’t bother transitioning to KZbin. That’s why a lot of 90s and early 2000s gems from Toronto are missing from the internet.
