They mostly hire bureaucrats who starve people even more.... Why would you hire psychologist or lawyers to solve logistics ...like clean water or food or electricity or shelter... That is beyond dumb... lawyers and psychologists only needed in specific situations...you tell a lawyer I'm starving...the lawyer will go... let's see was that a crime...and which laws apply before he can give you any food.. You tell a psycho I'm starving.. he'll go ..is that all you feel..do you feel angry and resentment...do you have dreams and aspiration...what else is bothering you...do you get enough sleep...do you know what day it is... tomorrow...are you looking forward to tomorrow...will you commit suicide.... Those humanitarians are full of crap... People need guidance...on the spot solutions... workers who speak their language and know their pain...not some corrupt bureaucrats with no integrity...
