I installed this shifter and it is like night and day between MCE and CanAm. The feeling you get “knowing” where your shifter is located feels both comfortable and more importantly “SAFE”. Thank you MCE. Keep em coming.

how much more oil do you need to add the the machine to accommodate for the new filter set up?

You will need about half a qt. more. but always use the dip stick for the actual level and amount needed.

Can I get a kit with just the rocker switch and lights? I don’t want the reverse switch. I don’t want them to come on when I’m in reverse.

The only main difference is it will be easier to run some of the wiring due to not having the AC system in the way.

Have ordered your oil kit (it is awesome) and now ordered this. Can you now come up with an easier method for the oil fill on the front differential for the 2024 CanAM Max Defender HD10? It is more than a pain to remove and replace. Thank you

We will take a look at making a specialized funnel for it. Generally we use squeeze bottles with a rubber hose attached to fill it.

I have a 2023 defender hd10 XMR The access plate to mine faces out the passenger side, not the front like that one is that a smaller motor? I could reach right down and take the bolts out of mine it was very easy, but I do plan on getting a spin on adapter for it.

This is on a Defender Limited HD10, on the Limited Models there was a filter adapter added from the factory to have the filter face forward as it is blocked by the Air Conditioning parts on that side of the motor.

So is this designed for use on a 2024 defender Max limited? That’s the model I own and haven’t done my first oil change yet. I’m a big fan of routine service so if there is a huge benefit of having this I’m interested. I got confused by the question about his unit. Please clarify.

Nice video .. but finish would of been better if u put the plate on the outside instead of in... and then u wouldn't have yo remove panel as well... but regardless .. great product . Brian

Installed on my 23 limited max. Amazing mod from MCE. I'm certain my instructions had me remove the oil filter housing and bolt MCE adapter directly to the motor 🙄
