4:20 I was having problems with feeling a lot of shock in my legs and bought Asics Kayano and they made a HUGE difference. My suggestion is go to a running store like The Runner’s Shop at Bloor and Spadina or a Running Room and talk with a professional and try a few on.

Thank you for sharing your journey! I’m 53 and did my first 5K last year, then did a second in May (probably same as you) and then signed up for the TCS 1/2 as well! I was looking to just finish within the 3:30 cut off but managed to come in well under 3 hr thanks to training on and off since May. Now I need to see my physio therapist about my IT band in my left leg and hopefully I’ll be able to sign up for another 1/2 or even do the full marathon next year!

You know what? I am a regular viewer of your KZbin Channel. I have seen all your videos and your content qualities are very good. I learned lots of things from you. I liked the vlog Brent. I prefer natural, low-key rather than overly hyped super energetic stuff. Yours is so much more believable! Doesn't matter if you found anything in the Vintage shops, it showed the places, Kensington.... Just wondered if you would be open to change the captions to white? It is easier to read on multi-colour-textured backgrounds. Cheers!
