Hardwood flooring contractor here. Do you know if your product reacts with water-based Urethane, if not extracted properly? I want to test this product and see if it really works. Can you clarify exactly what is meant by “opening up” concrete? Is that to say it’s good at getting the pores opened up for something like resin/epoxy? Is that then to say it might not be the optimal for aggressive material removal? I was told by a resin shop rep the star pattern was the most aggressive. And then how does this conpare to a standard segment wheel? In one of these videos, you stated a tool lifespan in hours. is that coming from the manufacturer or in house testing, and do you know the conditions of that testing?

I just removed fresh blood in seconds from a stuffed animal with basic dollar store 3% peroxide. Fresh blood is easy to remove. Show it removing week old blood then I might be more interested.

I have a hydramaster 4.8 with salsa dds. I have had it for 10 years and it has never broke down, not even once! Lol, I'm getting it put in a newer van and having the installer do a service and belt replacement but it is an absolute beast when it comes to dependability. The aerotech looks nice but is it dependable?

The Aero tech DDS system is very dependable and it sounds like you have taken very good care of your Hydramaster CDS. We have 100's of the Aero Tech DDS systems working in the field and with the proper maintenance and care these machines are absolutely dependable.

Mark, of all your pre-sprays, which one would you prefer to attack an extremely stubborn or severely soiled polyester? I generally have little trouble with Olefins even though they're similar, but some polyesters are just super stubborn even with agitation. I use the Rotovac XL with the brush head and Teflon glides most often. I've done a few polyesters the last couple of years that were just beyond belief hard to clean even with a specific formula for polyesters and even boosted with the Harvard booster which technically should not have been necessary, but without it, I would have been like a whipped puppy with a sad face going home in defeat. I've been using Matrix Olefin on some polys and boosting fairly heavily (2 oz. per gallon typically) with Harvard Booster. Often that combo works very well UNTIL it doesn't which thankfully is fairly rare. I've also used Prochem Olefin and it's no better, just cost more money. I need a good pre-spray for trashed RESIDENTIAL POLYESTER. Preferably without a booster needed!!! I will boost it if needed though. I"m still placing my order with Jon Don today and will be trying several of your products in the coming weeks and months. Thanks ahead of time for any advice. I really need to figure this out.
