Went to several concerts in the 70s in Baltimore and largo Maryland. I never saw fireworks or any violence. Maybe that was NY thing. I saw Nugent, Van Halen, Kiss, ac/dc, Scorpions, Rainbow and Blue oyster cult.

RIP John Absolutely underrated and brilliant guitar player. From what I hear Sykes didn't screw up and get fired. David Coverdale fired the entire band. Many conflicting stories of what actually happened.

Love a lot of these bands! Crucial Pain gave me one of their drum sticks! I always go to shows in Middletown. My favorites from Quinnz Pinz are definitely Dark After Dawn, Crucial Pain, Project Insanity, and Fire Haze. I saw them all a few times! :)

Sovereign- Altered Realities had a really great release, same with Laceration- I Erode and Nails- Every Bridge Burning. And, finally someone mentioned Coffin Storm- Arcana Rising which could be the best of the year, Fenriz's vocal take a few spins to appreciate but totally work with the massive riffs on this album. It's in my top 5 with Blood Incantation and Nile.

The Rotting Christ album sucks, so many better releases this yr but Rotting is just awful.

Some killer albums on everyones list. Definitely loved Deep Purple, Nile, Body Count, Blood Incantation, Saxon, Judas Priest, Ulcerate and that Vicious Blade album was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Checked the Huntsmen album out, really liking that one. 🤘🤘🤘
