You can also recruit Minthara with non lethal melee Attacks to KO her. She needs to have 1 HP when she is on the Ground. Ignore her then. ~ answer by a Mod

The whole Concept of Ao is beyond stupid. Think about it, him watching über the setting only is so that neither good Nor evil can truly Triumph. Otherwise why let demons exist? Toril is is Sandbox/TV/theatre He Watches for fun and the Show ist never allowed to end.

My guess is during the final battle. If you don’t side w/ the Emperor, he arrives w/ the other dream visitors to stop you from getting to the Netherbrain. So she’s prob referring to killing the dream visitors
