Just found these videos on how to make these awesome pieces of fodder for my art. I actually bought stamps to do this kind of thing but I think I like doing it myself and your video showed me that it’s actually fun and MY art!!!!!!!Thank you!

Oh my goodness you are taking it a little bit too literally. LOL. When I created this video it was during a VERY HARD financial time and money was VERY TIGHT. Our budget didn't allow for much extra so...YES...we would ask one another if it was ok to purchase something BEFORE WE DID. That's it. Nothing to see here.

I'd paint them before I cut them out. It would be easier to secure the entire stamped page, then I wouldn't have to hold down each image. Watercolor pencils would work too, and Gelatos. Any water-soluble medium could be made as transparent as desired to show through the lovely book paper. I never thought about stamping on graph paper. Opens up possibilities for stamping on other papers with designs. It's good to know that clear and polymer stamps and un-mounted rubber stamps can be used as is but you've probably gotten some acrylic blocks by now, as @leeannsutherland858 suggested. ☺ TFS! I enjoyed watching and listening to your tute.

I have FOUR acrylic blocks and NEVER use them! Neither does Dina Wakley!! I make a mess and love it. Yes, I could have painted before BUT I love doing it this way. Thank you for your feedback though. I appreciate it!!

You need to purchase an acrylic block to use with your stamps…makes it so much easier! Fun ideas, I like to premade things for journals too, so I had to watch you

Totally glad I stumbled onto this video. I try to make junk journals watching other videos, and I rarely get the result I want. What a great idea to create anything you want with any colors you want on papers for collage! Thanks for sharing.

Would dental floss work for the thread? Is your binding thread about the same thickness as what floss would be? Maybe if I ran it through twice 🤷♀️ I was just thinking that would be an inexpensive substitution until I got a kit ordered. Let me know what you think.

Congratulations on finding your way to Optavia and determining to stick with it. This is the first video of yours that I’ve watched and I hope that you don’t choose music for your background in other videos. It was so distracting and I had to listen to you speak on fast speed to get to the end faster. I’m sorry, please take that as constructive criticism and not just someone trying to be mean! Hope to find that you’ve done an update since filming this as I’m curious to know if you stuck with it. TFS.

I signed up and start my Optavia journey on Monday, my coworker is my coach. She lost 40 plus pounds. I'm so excited and did my unboxing yesterday. Keep going it really works.

I like what you have to say - a little hard to focus cause of the background music. That being said, your story as far as WW history and going up and down in weight is similar. Good for you for taking the next step. Starting day 6 on Optavia, feeling leaner already.

Just found you today. I am starting week 3, work at a coffee/art shop in Webb City, MO, doing their baking. Many similar goals 😊. I am almost 60, started at 181, down 9 lbs. My goal is 145-150. Good luck!
