Yes, but some simple steps will be done, for physical mode. 1) Use original data cable to connect router and pc/ laptop, accessing backend, ie 192.168.0.1, inputting account and password, both being admin. 2) Access Settings -> Reboot -> change the default setting of 'eSIM' to 'physical SIM', then reboot. Wait until its automatic re-startup. These two steps are necessary, since it is always eSIM mode in default when out of factory (actually, eSIM mode is what the device is mainly designed for). If it is in eSIM mode, physical SIM card will be not recognized even it is inserted into. Hi Jimmydinos. Got your message. Actually, if a meter works fine, then it is not suggested that firmware update be processed. Just keep it for your use. In most cases, it will be only small update/ upgrade, while firmware update could cause extra risks on use. That is my opinion, in the responsible attitude.

By the way, it is not suggested that users find firmware from some websites, since it is possible that such firmwares are not so compatible (sometimes it happens, since hardware design may be changed by SATLINK, though not frequently). In brief, just keep the current version if it works fine.

Currently, all devices of SATINK series are set in English in default. Yet, under System settings, we as users can change the language setting to Italiane, or French, or German, etc. Typically, when it is a shipment that is destined to the recipient in Italy, we will consider to directly set the language as Italian before colleagues packed the device. Yes. Of course, regarding manual paper, there will only exists one copy, which is in English, while no other language copies are offered. Yet, the interface of device is typically intuitive, so it is not a big problem to a professionals to directly operate on the meter with no such necessity to read the manual paper. This is our opinion that is shared with you.

As to whether the combo meter, SATLINK ST-5155 (or lower-ended ST-5150) supports DCSS, we will talk with engineers deep in further, seeking their professional answer about this question.
