I'm setting up a new K19 Plate Carrier. I love it! The weight distribution and thick padding make this plate carrier incredibly comfortable - and I'm running Level III+ steel plates. Agilite has very well made gear but I have to say their molle is TIGHT and one royal pain in the ass...lol. I have to admit in the same breath that once it's one there it's on there to stay. The Micro MAP is insanely difficult to get the short top inner molle straps on. You have to really man handle this stuff! I also would recommend the AMAP III over the Micro MAP. I like the Micro MAP with the SAPI hydration bladder but find myself shopping for additional pouches to add for more storage. If anyone knows of a way to manage/secure the hydration tube on the front of the carrier I'm all ears. Once last thing, if you're getting a K19 I highly recommend the Warfighter Cummerbund (you'll also need to purchase the K19 PLATE CARRIER BACK FLAP CUMMERBUND ADAPTER). This is a huge upgrade! The K19 cummerbund is pretty sad imo and I am adding the Flank Side Plate Carriers which necessitates the Warfighter. I've become a hugh fan of Agilite and they now have a life long customer. As an American, I also am more than glad to help our Israeli brothers out. Cheers!

Its very small. Have one and you can't fit a standard IFAK....Also good trauma shears (like Raptor) will not fit

Can't say for sure. They made it to fit a variety of Pistol Caliber Carbine Magazines, so it probably would fit

It does fit AK 545 Mags for sure, MP7 mags should have no problem fitting. You can move the divider inserts to make it larger or smaller based on the mags you put in!

Great Video once again. For me, all the Reasons you guys said I 100% agree on. I bought myself a Plate Carrier and plates too because I like to know that I have something to protect me and that can help me keep protecting my Family. All my friends an pretty much everyone I know always says that you dont need something like that, it's just a waste of money or that it's me just being weird. I don't care what anyone is saying.. Protection gear like that is available for civillians so that means that I'm buying it...

Is it a waste of money? Is homeowners insurance a waste of money? Sure....most of the time. Weighing risks becomes especially tricky when you're dealing with a very low probability event but one that is very high stakes with potentially catastrophic consequences. Even to the extent that armor may be a waste of money, it's a relatively modest one in the scheme of things. You can get a serviceable setup in the $300-$500 range and something quite excellent in the $1,000 range. With reasonable care it's going to last a lifetime despite all the fuss about "expiration dates". At a bare minimum it will be something interesting for the kids to discover once you kick the bucket or get carted off to the nursing home.
