its a good thing everyone talks about how much money can realistically be made from side hustles but it be much better to include the typical time it takes to do these side hustles. Like if $200-2000 is the range for 5-10 hours of work that sounds great to some and not worth the effort to others. I hope this become normalized as well.

Is this the reality of what a "foreclosure investor" goes through in their profession, being involved in intense and sad situations for home owners? What if instead you are a "foreclosure investor" who just does commercial properties like apartment buildings etc is that less of a depressing situation for the owners because it's not their home? I'm just trying to decide if I can be a "foreclosure investor" and saw where Jack Bezos who owns Amazon is giving people a break and through him they can get a start on the profession for as little as $100. Have you heard of that deal?

i am at 80% occupancy on my units lol …..it’s def market dependent the biggest thing is having units with multiple rooms and bathrooms ….1 beds or studios cannot compete with hotels a multiple room/bath unit is still significantly cheaper for groups to travel in and stay in air bnbs than getting individual hotel rooms
