My absolute favorite cover they do! Every version they do is awesome, but everyone knows Chicago '98 is the best!💜

Been following him since 2002 he’s managed to purposely stay under the radar. He’s always lived small venues. An amazing Talent. Glad he did Collude he deserves a LOT of recognition and admiration. ☮️🤘

Victor Wooten has always been amazing, but man. This solo in particular he was in the zone. This isn’t just the best solo I've heard him play, this is among the top bass solos I've ever heard.

Up and down the puppies' hair Fleas and ticks jump everywhere 'Cause of original sin Down the hill fell Jack and Jill And you came tumbling after 'Cause of original sin Rip away the tears Drink a hope to happy years And you may find A lifetime's passed you by What would you say? Don't drop the big one If you a monkey on a string Don't cut my lifeline If you a doggie on a chain Don't bite the mailman What would you say? I was there when the bear Ate his head, thought it was a candy Everyone goes in the end Knock, knock on the door Who's it for? There's nobody in here Look in the mirror, my friend I don't understand at best I cannot speak for all the rest In the morning rise a lifetime's passed me by What would you say? (don't drop the big one) If you a monkey on a string (Don't cut my life line) If you a doggie on a chain (Don't bite the mailman) What would you say? Every dog has its day, every day has its way Of being forgotten: "Mom, it's my birthday." Would you say What would you say? What would you say? "What could you say?" I was there when the bear Ate his head, thought it was a candy Everyone goes in the end Knock, knock on the door Who's it for? There's nobody in here Look in the mirror, my friend I don't understand at best Cannot speak for all the rest Morning rise a lifetime's passed me by What would you say? What would you say? (don't' drop the big one) If you a monkey on a string (Don't cut my life line) If you a doggie on a chain (Don't bite the mailman) What would you say?

I inherited a CD from my dad that he burned in 2002, had tons of great songs, but it ended with a live cover of Africa which was the absolute best I’d ever heard. Had no idea who sung it though. Over the years I’ve searched but had no luck, but then I saw this video. It is 100% this guys voice on the CD, knew it after the first two words. Thank you for posting this, I’ve finally got a name for who performed that amazing cover, and I’ve completed my lifelong search

Germany, 2003. My brother was probably wondering where this album went to. It went with me to Germany. Homesick, jet lagged, barracks life, tour bus existence, no matter where I was, this album had a chance to be in the CD player. When the world was new around me, Dave was a comfort to my young self. My favorite part is when LeRoi opens his sax solo and the crowd is there for it. I was a young jazz sax player at that time, and hearing the crowd explode during the solos, especially the sax solo, well, I knew that was the only thing I wanted, to share love with an audience and them to share it back. Nothing else has kept me alive save that. Man, this whole album is an ASMR experience for me these days! I sure miss the post Cold War pre War on Terror days...

I am crying my eyes out right now. I had this song on a burnt CD 20 years ago completely by accident since the CD was all metal. It turned out to be one of my favorite songs ever. Lost the CD and I have been off and on searching the lyrics on line to see if I could ever find it, literally for hours on end. Even my son got involved. Randomly checked this morning and I finally fuckin found it! I am so happy I could die! Great song.
