The Ankarsrum Pasta Dough recipe is too soft a dough to be passed through this machine without it clumping into a dough ball. I would have done better to roll out the dough and cut by hand. The dough used here is NOT the Ankarsrum recipe.

It is the Ankarsrum mixer, made in Sweden.

An amazing looking piece of kit, and the first thing I've ever seen as a viable alternative to a Kenwood; great they're finally on sale in the UK, about time ;-)
