Is it really difficult to turn these into a teal color? My piercer tried but it came out purple.

Teal and green can get a bit tricky because they're at the end of the color spectrum at 103-105 volts.

The titanium parts are bathed in a conductive solution. When you add an electrical charge, it creates an oxide layer that interferes with the light reflecting off the titanium. The specific voltage used will affect the thickness of that oxide layer, and that thickness determines the color.

I got my PA piercing (3.2mm/8g) done 2 months ago and I am desperately looking for a shop that sells coloured curved barbells <.< Every shop I found was a wholesaler....

Sorry, but we're not offering it for larger pieces at this time. Most places won't have colors inventoried... it would probably require a custom order and about three months waiting.
