Planning for a 50/55 inch Qled purchase, online seems to be the economic option. Interested in TCL. The offline stores like pittappallil n g nandilath highly discouraging TCL and highsense brands, citing the poor service quality. But Oxygen says TCL is good. I have got my Onkyo serviced from bangalore. Their contact number is available on Google maps (080-41235988). If you are in kerala, you can courier the set to them or drop it if somebody is going to bangalore. Hope this helps 👍🏻 Also check with Pro FX Kochi, Abhishek electronics Palarivattom (pioneer audio authorized service- but they also work on onkyo)
