The meditation was very helpful. I like that the visualization of our highest self. Often visualizations are based on nature or location. I like those but I found it beneficial to seek what is inside of us.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have met Barbara during my lifetime. When I was a teenager, she provided me with invaluable support and guidance. Her life experience and wisdom are truly remarkable, and I am grateful for all the ways she has helped me grow.
