Fun hit in your blaster box! Congrats :)

I've never really collected cards to complete sets or to hit a grail but this paddock pass line makes me want to. I've only gotten a blaster box and fat packs. They don't sell the hobby box in my area. Blaster boxes are hard to find but the fat packs are everywhere but I'm not sure what can actually be pulled from a fat pack.

Great video, my son and I have been opening a few blaster boxes since it seems to be what’s in store here locally. Got a good haul of black and red foils. There is also a “fat pack” 20 card pack that has an exclusive blue foil that we’ve been trying to get.

Seeing these in my local stores (Gamestop first, then Best Buy in the US) is actually what got me started on collecting F1 cards! It was indeed a confusing intro to the hobby, but immersion in the deep end isn't a bad way to learn. I had no idea how many inserts there are; I've mostly opened fat packs since those are what's in the stores.

For someone like me who is finally getting back into collecting (haven't collected in over 20 years) you are helping me tremendously by helping me decide which route to buy. Short dumb question as it's my first Eccellenza set. The Standard Cards seem to be quite thick. Do they fit into regular sleeves or do I need bigger sleeves for them? (obviously the relic should be about 100 to 130 pt?)

Great explanation on Paddock Pass cards. After opening a few boxes I went back through my piles a finding cards I missed due to the nuances of some of the colors and prints. One thing I noticed after reviewing the stacks that some cards are numbered on back and not on front. Thanks for sharing to the community. Happypufferfish
