Don't do it? Well I did so did many people and other culture which care for their family and love them truly. Instead of shipping my kid to daycare with a stranger risking doing go know what that will impact their mind or body like we hear often on the news ; my parents babysit them and take care of them while my husband and I do other things to enjoy our youth and life, work etc.

Only an ignorant idiot would ever consider living in Melbourne with that historically MASSIVE state debt and the taxes that are regularly being jacked up and smacked on peoples wallets. Thousands of tradies and their families leaving, businesses going under due to the taxes, even bigger businesses refusing to open up there. Do some careful homework people before you even start looking for property. Almost 200 billion dollars in debt and 1 billion in interest every 40 days. Where do you think they'll get that money from?

No. The rich are buying up all the property to to keep the poor where they are at. Then they use inflation as an excuse to raise the rent.
@johnnyonline26 күн бұрын
This issue is that renting it's too expensive and buying is even worse. Rock and a hard place. If renting was more affordable, with better quality properties and most of all, more long term stability like you see in European countries then there wouldn't be much of a stigma. Significantly more affordable housing stock is needed to alleviate rental pressures.

Hello , I have visited your channel, the quality of your videos is very good. But according to the video quality, there are not many views. Many of the channels in your category are not of good quality, but many views are coming. All those videos are SEO and marketing on various social media. It is because of this that the views come. If your videos are properly SEO'ed and marketed on top social medias then the views will definitely increase as expected

Hi Realestate community, can you please make this an option for the privacy to be able to remove the images of your own property. I bought a house about 9 years ago and there are still images of the house online, it's really creepy and I don't like the fact that strangers can see inside my house. Please make this an option.

“The only solution is to build more homes”…what idiot made this. Our birth rate has been in decline since 1976, it’s easier to reduce demand than increase supply. How about we have a halt on immigration for a few things, get ourselves sorted then re-evaluate???

Tax the mining and gas giants rather than give resources away for free. Norway does it and taxes 70% for a cool 127billion dollars approx for their citizens. use that to build homes, Increase supply to keep homes free from speculation.

Supply shortages causing house prices to skyrocket. Pretty much like the Gold Coast at Happy Holiday time is very expensive. Yep definitely a supply shortage of hotel rooms in the Gold Coast that causes prices to sky-rocket at Happy Holiday time. The price of housing is not going to get more affordable, you have to go to a more affordable area.

There is no shortage guys...... there is a problem with utilization and an immigration problem we actually produce the second most residential houses on earth our debt to GDP are the second highest on Earth with the average Australian being in 200% debt. let that sink in and we also have an exponential amount of vacant rental properties owned by politicians and other high earners that are vacant so they can be used as tax breaks, we are on a knifes edge and the bubble is going to burst watch and see

Nobody wants to live in apartments where you can hear footsteps from your neighbours upstairs.
@kennylee89363 ай бұрын
Whether a single family home or an apartment....both will have pros and cons that need to be addressed. What will need to happen is that apartment living needs to be revolutionised and normalised as part of the Australian dream. We can't continue urban sprawl and just cutting migration doesn't address that we have an aging population and that we wouldn't have enough taxpaying aged people. If you're not for apartments/density...move to the country.
@boxman89573 ай бұрын
@@kennylee8936 Are you saying that people should just accept s*** quality apartments?
@JungleBJJTeam3 ай бұрын
@@kennylee8936 It has been shown that for every 10 percent rise in house prices directly fueled by immigration the birth rate declines by 1 percent those are big numbers we definitely have an immigration problem the ONLY way to lower prices is to raise Australian living standards by lowering immigration it's also a security risk in the current climate considering most of them immigrate from BRICS countries.
