I have a complex fistula where I had a persistent fistula that drained at the left base of the penis shaft. Glad I found Dr Chris. I had this VAAFT treatment with Filac Laser Closure this month. It went smooth. I flew to GA from CA. Surgery was quick and i was up walking with minimal pain after. I took tylenol. Hope it works! 🙏. The other option was a highly invasive open surgery in the pelvis region that I did not want to do.

This recovery is understated and some of these comments like "I went back to work after 1 week!" are why I'm so surprised that at 2 weeks and 3 days I'm still in a lot of pain. I went off narcotics on day 3 and have been on Advil and Tylenol but taking less because I do n't want to destroy my stomach lining. Tons of swelling and pain top and bottom. All normal and no infection. The only exercise I can do is walk so I was walking 3 miles and when I felt a little better walked 5 miles yesterday and really paid for it with pain all night. I wear two tight bras when I walk and am careful but feeling like the pain is not reducing. The doctor said in about 2 weeks I should feel much less pain and that pain reduction is not linear. She said "A lot went on in there, so give it time. " Hang in there ladies... I'm sure it's worth it and not regretting going from huge to a large B cup.
