I don't think it will taste the same, especially sunflower oil since it has a strong aroma of its own. I would stick to sesame oil, but it's your call, and if u do test it out, please let me know how it goes😉

I added the whole packet of seasoning and green onions, placed the fried egg with runny yolk on top of the noodles.. yummy 🤤 This was the best shin ramyun upgrade I’ve ever tried 😋 Thank you!

Your welcome :) That's awesome to know! I might try putting in a full packet of seasoning next time too. Thanks for sharing!

It certainly is. I'm sure I can elevate it further. But for a quick meal, it's not bad at all.

Try adding (Stir-fried Dried Anchovies in Red Chili Paste)of korean food, to ramen soup. It tastes very similar to instant ramen soup. I think it would be similar if you also added green onions and red pepper powder. Ramen Sari is a method of pulling noodles, steaming them, and dryed, and then frying them in oil. and miwon sauce. If you add red pepper paste and sesame oil (fried cooking oil, degree), and a few dried anchovies, I think it will taste similar to Korean ramen soup.

Thank you!😊 I needed to make this dish for my family and i ran out of Kombu to make my broth and made my Teriyaki sauce with a little honey and rice wine. The speed to finish this dish was awesome. It should taste even better the following day. Cheers!
