Any tips for people who are used to playing in a mouse and keyboard with a monitor and are new to playing these games in vr? Random teammates don't seem to remember that they were new at one point and that there was a learning curve. People are mean. Not a good way to build a player base for a game. I want to be good at this game. I wish their was a better built in tutorial.

I love the vehicle selector chirp noise. It bleeds nostalgia when I found out that my Teslas’s lock sound can be that exact double chirp that we hear around the 9:38 mark, I flipped.

To be completely honest, I havent played this game in months. I think splitting the playerbase by adding resurgence mode as well as a few other things really turned off most of the playerbase.

Playing on a crt ? How does this look so good? Im using good quality component cables paired with a retrotink 5x pro on a small 1080p tv and my copy of this game doesn't look this clear

The VSS is the AS VAL, the VSS was a DMR, not a machine gun, the 2 versions of the line of weapons were the AS VAL and the VSS vintorez, the VSS is not in the game

I'm 42 years old and played a lot of video games since I'm 6 years....i purchased the quest 3 last december for the long dark days to game a little bit i thougt... Dam, i don't sleep enough since the release of showdown. Every evening i say to myself : one more round, this is the last. And bäääm, than it's 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. When i sitting in the office during work, i wanted to get home as fast i can to put the quest on my nose Never thougt that a game catched me that hard with age 42. It's definitely a milestone in video gaming. And..............i think i need help 😅 Anyone out there who understands me!?

I am experiencing a bug on showdown which doesn’t allow me to crouch, both using my joystick or trying virtual crouching. Every time I attempt to crouch it just moved my camera upward and my character doesn’t actually do anything. Has made me not want to play since I can’t slide down hills or slide cancel, I am on meta quest 3. Has anyone else had similar issues?
