Thats why i am very sceptical about this bringing power to the kings as some constitutional abolitionist edge the South African national to do.Almost all these kings cannot trace themselves to even the 1600s and are heavily linked with the colonizer😅😅😅

I Think Another Reason why black people(educated & un-educated alike) can't build businesses is: We Believe that we Can't, especially if we hardly see someone we relate to or is close to us do it.. I think You mentioned it on one your discussions, as much as it's been decades since apartheid, We Still Believe that We Can't.. We struggle to translate Big Ideas into Small Steps

The Reality of The Black South African being indistinguishable from the White European/American.. .. Yes We Need to be better, But is being indistinguishable what we Really Want? We should be as intentional about Assimilating the White Culture of Service Entitlement as we are about Ubuntu Ubuntu shouldn't be sacrificed in the Pursuit of Comfort and Convenience .. This Sounds like the Majority wanting to be like the Minority, Can't we learn from them without losing our Culture? I think it's safe to say Ubuntu is at the Core of all our Cultures. I think It shouldn't be sidelined in Business & Professional life

I did mention this 2 years ago on one of my episodes and i was criticized and told that i don't have facts about it, I'm glad there are people who see it exactly how i see it, i thought i was naive.

.. About The Feedback Part, There's a side of the coin that you're not considering.. The feedback tool is not necessarily considered by the People who can actually pull the levers to improve the service.. It's only considered if foot traffic or profit suffers.. Until that happens it's used to get the person on the ground fired or "disciplined" .. Hence the High Employee Turnover, In the pursuit of this "Culture" you're referring to, consider the average black person serving you

The majority of the land in South Africa is owned by the government, but since a lot of people are ignorant they go with the narrative that majority of land is owned by white people. The ignorance of the poor only benefits the wealthy and the government.
