Dick has dawned his bat suit on several occasions for the sake of others, at his own emotional expense because he never wants to actually be Batman and has been trying to get away from it and establish himself as a hero in his own right, and even took care of his baby brother Damian for a year when Bruce left. He has just as many pressures as Dick Grayson, eldest son of Bruce Wayne, oldest brother, protector, and guardian of 3 emotional, traumatized, child soldiers, the positive and reliable heart of the Bat Family, and heir to Wayne Enterprises, as he does as Nightwing, leader of the Titans, leader of Young Justice, protector of Bludhaven, the golden first Robin, and constant Batman stand-in and back up.

If you look closely you see Dick being the best big brother to all of them :)

Just something fun I thought of while watching this video: The batfamily are some of the only superheroes who patrol almost exclusively at night, but are not the only one's who wear funny shaped domino masks. So now I'm imagining a bunch of them meeting up one summer, and the batkids just laughing at the really obvious tan lines (or burn lines, for some of them,) on the faces of the Flash fam and Oliver and Roy especially.
