It’s worth going honestly, but if you plan to spend at least 2 days in Hoi An. If you’re on a one day trip, then you have better things to visit. I would recommend to go in the evening, 5-6 PM when the shows start, they last around 2 to 3 hours

One day is not enough. Once I discovered Isla, I have never returned to Cancun, Los Cabos, Playa, Puerto Vallarta, etc. And I never will. Now I just do Air B&B at Isla and stay 1-2 weeks.
