He was a good deceiver and ethno centeric western marionette. In his life time led 17 years war , which devastated the Ethiopian people and after he came on power , he selt Ethiopian ports , even paid and signed the separation of Eritrea without any concern about the future disadvantages of Ethiopian . This is a clear example of Banda. Then what was he did afterward , He divided Ethiopia along side of Ethnic lines and annexed Welkayit and Raya and worked to empower his small ethnic over the rest Ethiopian over 20 years. When did inflation started? Ethnically based killing like Bedeno . , Arusi, somali massacre, Gambella massacre, sidamo massacre, 2 million Amhara lost discussion in kangaroo Parlament…. , addis 97 massacre , Gonder massacre, name it, He has never work for Ethiopian and Ethiopia. I gave you right, he was a smart Talker , strategist, deceiver and jealous over the achievements of the others. At the end his plans failed. Unless otherwise you are not moron , you don’t find him a good leader for Ethiopian. We still pay his legacy of devastation .
