Did you get out to Guelph Lake to ride the winter loop yet ? I have a group ride going out tomorrow ( Sunday the 26th ) at 10:30am that you are more than welcome to join , meeting at Riverside Park on Woodlawn . In the instructions Kuat says max wheelbase is 48" your bike (the Fuel) is about 50" long. I would be worried about possible damage. Insurance might not cover damage if they investigate and find out your bike is too big for the rack. Maybe there's an extension you can put on the end?

lastly, lol, you can add the kuat pivot. It allows you to open your tailgate.
@winkydee23 күн бұрын
that lever is designed to be used with your foot. Also, it looks like you could stand to tighten that center dial with the hex wrench. I've got the kaut NV 2.0 with repair stand, had it for a few years. I got a lot of experience with that rack. I still suggest throwing pool noodles on the fat bike fork and getting that arm cinched up as close as you can. When you're running lower air pressure there can be a lot of flex in that tire, so you want to be 100% passed the point of movement on the front wheel. I had a close call twice with fatbikes. I got lucky and learned from it. Happy New Year! See you out there! p.s. nice Trump banner

You can never grow wrong with Race face. I would definitely suggest that you ask Santa for a pedal wrench, much easier and safer all the way around. Besides if your son truly gets into cycling, then it sounds like you might be installing/removing more pedals!. One last suggestion, make sure to use grease on the pedal axles, the aluminium on the axle and crank can tend to bond themselves together and make it very difficult to get them off.
