It is currently up and beyond the state the original Sega PSU servers were running at before they shut down from what I understand, lvl cap is 200 (180 or so was the max I hear) almost all missions and areas from the original Sega server content is there. Ultimate, i.e. level 200 missions are now available and the Clementine team has made A LOT of quality of life adjustments to the game, for the better I feel, namely you can revisit ANY area you have been to now without going thru adjacent areas with the spaceship warp icons floating around towns.

Won't ever happen. Clementine can run on a low end PC or even a Windows handheld.
