Since impex company has collaborated in India the quality, customer service... Is not good to say the least. Bergner from Germany is beyond excellent but not BergnerImpex Trust me. Don't be fooled by the name Bergner. I did! Unfortunately. Bergner Impex in India website and customer care number not functional. They are only into sales not after sales or "more importantly quality and standards set by Bergner Germany" Summary: Quality beyond pathetic Customer care number: non functional Customer care: non existent
