It's nothing but a yuppie suburb by the sea. A bunch of wine swilling ex hippies with multi million dollar homes live there and everything cost mega$$. One of the worst places in the world to visit.

Without a doubt, this is the best and most comprehensive snap shot of Perth and its attractions. The production quality, filming, and editing are excellent and the content is spot on for accuracy. Western Australia has so much more to offer too, especially if you head north.

Thank you for your comment and if my memory serves me right - we caught the taxi from central Pattaya to the market then on the way back there were 10 baht taxis in from of the market so we caught one then had to change and catch another one near the walking street into Central Pattaya. I live here, Perth is boring. Overpriced and has zero culture. It’s a godless place and the people are nice to your face but fake when your back is turned. Might I add that constantly you are reminded that this is not your land and you are a racist to think otherwise.

Great video. Perth hase come a long way since I last lived there 20 years ago. I am originally from Western Australia but grew up in the country. I moved to Perth to attend university and I ended up living there for 25 years before leaving for the eastern states. I left because one day I realised I just didn't belong there. Perth is like any big cosmopolitan city and has its problems but it certainly is an attractive place.

I was just there last week. A must see is the Iconsiam mall, train marketplace, Nana Plaza if you’re single, rooftop king power building with glass skywalk and Chinatown. Don’t bring a carry-on bag with you. Buy one there fill it with souvenirs for the trip back. A hard case suitcase carry-on that would’ve cost you 125 in the US is only about 25 bucks there.
