Really like this. A great way to set someone up for success is to see what good looks like (show them), and removing fear if failure (let them try). Good stuff Wayne.

Eric Pauly is the real deal. He is everything he claims to be and I can say that from personal experience having worked for Eric for 10 years at that "other corporation." I respect his drive and am proud to see his success. Great interview!

I thought I was the only one there without being in the HVAC industry. I, too, was there for the general experience and to see what could be learned. It was a great experience and I'm glad that I went 👍

Great stuff Coach and Wayne! One of my primary roles is facilitating and teaching a continuous improvement culture and while watching this video the thing that jumped out to me first was the 'Why' behind the process. I have seen process discipline fall apart when they 'why' was not there and have also seen it become a key factor in success when everyone in the process in engaged and knows the 'why'. By the end of the talk, the biggest take away was the care and respect for people. It see that as the single biggest factor to success and am very impressed with your approach to respecting people. I would expect nothing less from a word class midget football coach. Nice work Coach Greene, that community is very lucky to have you.

Thanks for being real to some of your struggles. I agree that Email/Social is making us miserable. That's why "at my best" I limit my exposure to the stuff ... and the fuzzy slippers!!!

I cannot imagine having a joint call with a salesman, that just seems really weird. I used to be a athletic coach and I remember I got chewed out at a new gym I just started coaching at and so the owner of the series of gyms decided to come to my sessions to "be there with me" to bring me confidence or something like that. This made it so much harder because whenever he would chime in for me the clients only looked at me less like a leader and more like a kid. So as for sales calls I'd rather just put the call on speaker or listen to the call on a recording device and coach it that way versus actually being on the call.

Another great video. I really appreciate how you attach a real world back drop (always pertaining to farming) to each of your concepts. It makes it entertaining, memorable, and unique.
