I bought an SX4 to replace my heap of sh*t benelli sbe. I’ve dropped my SX4 into salt water and generally abused it in some harsh conditions and it has never let me down. I shoot from the left shoulder and when I bought it only the rh version was not available so I had to work on my mount which is ok for clays but not when a teal zips across so tomorrow I’m trading my right hand SX4 in for the left hand model and I plan to get the Upland version after that. The SX4 is great value for money.

Have you guys had a hard time getting shells in through the bottom of the gun??? I recently started shooting and have been shooting and SX4, and an A400. Finding the SX4 is not as smooth with inserting shells. My nail follicles have never been the same lol. Just an observation from me when comparing to the A400 which is at a completely different price point.

The funny thing is that I have a Browning BPS 10ga 3½" Magnum with 30" vent rib barrel and Xtra Full choke, Mossberg 835 12ga 3½" Magnum with 28" Vent rib barrel and Turkey choke, Browning 2000 12ga 3" Magnum with 30" Full Choke vent rib barrel and a Browning A-5 12ga 2¾" 30" Full choke vent rib barrel. I find myself rocking the 2¾" 12ga more than the Magnum's because I get more kills for cheaper cost and less pain in the shoulder. I even bought a 20ga for small game and been really enjoying it.

Something I have/didn't hear mentioned is a pair of pruning shears, I use them mainly to make sure my shot lane is clear, but I got a good tip to use what you prune and make a sort of blind by sticking the branches into ground in front of and around you to fill in any areas you are exposed and help break up profile.

I bought one of these the other day and returned it the next. Its a great bag if you are only putting the normal stuff in it. Like boxes of shells and anything else that you can fold or condense into the same size. You would think a bag this large would have all the extra room you need. It doesnt. There is no where to put anything larger then a stacked box of shells. If you carry a little saw or snips with you, this bag wont work. The inside can not be configured expect to have the 6 compartments or non at all. It shows you can put a tumbler on top. Yeah no. Thats just going to fall or slip out. To big for a layout. For the $139 price tag, this bag needs some drastic changes.

I built a combo tree house/shooting shack with a 8x8 attached deck. I used rolled roofing for the shack but used plexiglass for the the deck - wanted to be able to see up through the tree. It leaked like a sieve so I had to cover it with rolled roofing as well! The boys spent several nights in the tree house when they were little. Never shot a deer out of it though. Enjoy your video!
