¡Buen dia! Disculpe tengo una pregunta…que tal sale esta marca de guantes referente a su calidad de materiales y confort, y si tienen el nivel o estan al nivel de unos Cleto Reyes? Etc gracias

Can you use these for bag work
@peejuu4 күн бұрын
The first one was great in terms of feel and pop but the durability was thrash mainly because the lining inside was stitched poorly and usually the finger compartment would get tears and eventually the foam would break down and stick to your hands after each use.

@guamart_279217 күн бұрын
Absolutely dislike these gloves just because of my own personal hand and wrist issues. Not sure what I was thinking when I bought these lol. I’ve realized now I like more stiff/padded gloves otherwise my wrists and sometimes hands suffer. Have done multiple rounds on the bag with these and my wrists would be fried every time. The padding is very minimal on the knuckles, you can feel your knuckles pierce through the padding. Definitely do not use these for sparring like he said in the video.

Like eveything HnM make there is a bullshit element at play The "curled horsehair" is just horsehair. Quilting is a layering techniques which requires a relatively specific stitching capture technique. It prevents the HH from lumping in the pocket. HnM's one strength is oversite of their workshop in Pakistan so what they design is well made. No more so than a bunch of the better Pakistani made gear but it is well made. Just to provide one correction. This glove does not use latex. They cheaped out and used EVA on the punch surface. You notice that crease starting near the pinky on the back of the glove? Thats the EVA folding. It will get much worse over time. Also

I bought this head guard and wore it for 10 x 2 rounds of intense sparring. The first time I took a punch with it on, I was super surprised because it took the sting out of it massively! It was a strong lead hook as well after I accidentally threw myself forward after throwing a rear hand. I was shocked by how much of a sting it reduced from it! The guy is a hard puncher too. Also, it's super light and makes your head a much smaller target. The only issue I would say is that I have a very large head and I bought the large size... the laces at the back are nearly as tight as they can go, and the top of the headguard has been tied tighter. I have a 60cm circumference head as well... Apart from the fact it runs a bit large, I highly recommend it. It's the best head guard I've ever worn.

Are they true to size? Or is going up half a size a good idea? I've found I've had to do this with adidas.

I got the 14oz SF-H glove. It's so tight around the palm, without hand wrap it's fine, but with hand wrap it's almost strangling. Is this common for this glove? I had Cleto Reyes and it required 0 break in. And how should I break them in? Or it's just like this
@ThatBoxingGuy21 күн бұрын
Mine were tight when brand new, it did break in for me after a few uses. How’s it for you now?

I've had this headgear, the old Title Bomber headgear, and used the Cleto Reyes headgear (all cheek protector styles) and I like this one the best. I'm the same in that I get a bloody nose quite easily but this headgear has protected me from that much more than the other two did. I like the lightweight and vision of this headgear compared to the others as well.

How do you find tournaments for first fight ?
@ThatBoxingGuy2 ай бұрын
It really depends on the person. Some people like just one and done, and some like that pressure of fighting multiple days. One major consideration is having to make weight each day, are you having to cut too much everyday and will you still have good energy level for that last fight (if you make it to the finals). If you’re fit enough and close to your fighting weight where you don’t have to lose too much water weight the day of the fights, then yes, tournaments are great for your first fight.
