48 original RHD 289 Cobras were built by AC in the 1960s, Only export cars were RHD, CSX = Carol Shelby Export, COB = Cobras of Britain . This is a copy of an original Cobra that was not sent to the USA , Happy new year

As the current owner of the D Type, I can say that the video can only gives you an idea of what it's like. Actually driving it is something else, I am very sorry to see it go to a new home, but itchy feet are calling me to try something else. I have had many cars, including the Westfield XI which I loved, but the D Type was special, the noise and smell of the car must be close to that of flying a Spitfire.

Greet introduction to these cars Alex. As you say, the ethos with these is keep it simple and authentic as “less is more” as you say 👍. The induction sound is so much better with original spec quad Weber 48’s vs the Holley and Edelbrock 4 barrel carbs on the examples shown. Not a cheap option, but look and sound is pure automotive porn 🥰 😜
