Assorted veggie platter looks scrumptious. But #badepaaji's favorite paneer is missing in this platter. So as a source of protein paneer and tofu could be added to make it a complete platter. Along with this one can have taco's, some hot soup and crunchy lettuce salad. A perfect meal combo :-)
