The resident would pass away within a few hours......the cats obviously knocking them off.

Cats and dogs can smell things MUCH MUCH better than people, like thousands of times. Cats also like warmth, so if someone has a fever the cat might well like that. Fuzzy animals like cats, dogs, rabbits, etc. can be an amazing comfort in nursing homes -- both for the residents, and for the loved ones dealing with trying to comfort a loved one in their final months, weeks, etc.

Big problem with this title. We, humans, are an animal species. No, they do not necessarily know when death is near just like any other species! This is a lie and reflect your remarkable ignorance. You are too lazy to learn, so shut up and do our homework!!!

Not an angel of death. I believe the Lord put them on this earth to help. Some times I believe animals are more human than we are, to be quite honest !!🙏😇

This would be a really big red flag for me, sorry. Not for the fact she took a job with her ex there - or the ex took it with her there - but not bringing it up. I kinda doubt this marriage is going to be afloat for long, if this is the kind of spouse OP is.
